Barranca 21 is a popular rental property! . The 16,000 sq.ft villa has 8 bedrooms, all ensuite, and has one of the resort’s finest ocean & golf views. The villa has a 60 foot infinity pool and an 8 person heated jacuzzi that appears to be floating in the pool.

There is a bar and bar stools located inside the pool so clients can swim up and be served a frozen cocktail. The villa has a main floor TV room and downstairs a pool table, and a bar.  Barranca 21 comes with a full staff including Cook, Waiter, Maid, Gardener and a night man / handyman in case you need something important after hours. The waiter/house manager, Francisco, is always there to prepare your next cocktail and the Cook knows how to cook  a range of international dishes that can be provided once you decide to stay in the villa. 

Food and beverages are extra cost and can be provided on request. There is nothing better than having everything at the villa when you arrive, just kick off your shoes, relax with a Pina Colada or a local rum on ice served by your personal waiter while you wait to be served your dinner…at whatever time you choose.
