As you walk in the villa welcomes you and leads you to the living area and the outside terrace. The master bedroom is located right alongside the infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi where steps lead you to the gazebo and property dock. All bedroom and living areas are fully air conditioned. There is no sand, but grass goes down to the seawall and dock. However there is shallow water by the dock where you can get in and out of kayaks and paddle boards, as well as swim in and out if you want to swim in the bay.
