This villa has a great set up for a family/ friends group. Totally and completely renovated summer of 2019 and continued upgrades right into 2022!
The villa is situated on a elevated large land lot which gives you sweeping views of the manicured large shared 5 acre tropical gardens and lawn. The property and gardens have exceptional landscaping including coconut and palm trees, birds of paradise flowers, ginger flowers, bougainvillea, avocado, passion fruit and mango fruit trees. The main house and pool are separated by a landscaped walk to the 5 acre tropical garden. Enjoy a refreshing coconut water—- plucked right off the coconut tree as you watch. When in season step off the villa patio to pick your own breakfast avocados, passion fruit or mangos!
The crystal clean pool has comfy new pool furniture and an oversized sun shaded tropical thatched roof area with two extra long outdoor sofas. For a sun shaded dining experience eat under the villas covered terrace with its expansive views of the surrounding 5 acre tropical gardens. This just remodeled villa is fresh, bright & neat as a pin!
This villa can have an all inclusive meal plan, either just for breakfast and lunch, or all meals. You will work directly with the owner or the chef to arrange this.   It is  a wonderful Latin influenced pre-priced villa menu that you can pick your meals from many options weeks before your arrival. On your arrival day, the villa chef and staff will have the market shopping completed for you -with your airport arrival meal ready to serve you the minute you walk in the villa door. Why not spend your first day in vacation paradise at the beach or in the pool, and not “lost” in a foreign Dominican supermarket, we’ll handle the shopping.   You just handle the pool, beach, golf and the relaxing!

Staff is an excellent chef,  a waiter,  and a maid.  Two staff members have excellent English which is very rare . You will want for nothing.  You will enjoy a full service villa experience. This will be your home away from home!
This villa is literally less than 5 minutes to the beach by golf cart in a nice quiet location.

Master #1 upstairs, private balcony, rooftop shower for two – King bed
Master #2 upstairs, balcony with pool view.  One California King OR 3 Twins extra long (your choice)
Room #3 upstairs, sleeps up to 4 adults in two queen beds
Room #4 Main level master, outdoor shower for 2, King bed
Room #5 Main level Can be used just as a TV lounge or converted to a king bed, OR used as two extra long twins (your choice)
.Note there are two downstairs bedrooms, perfect for those you can’t climb stairs.
All are new pillow top beds, TV in every bedroom, and the TV room (bedroom if you choose) has a much larger TV.
