This brand-new modern villa is located in the heart of Casa de Campo, close to the polo fields and hotel facilities. It comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and offers privacy, space, and seamless indoor–outdoor living.

The villa features a bright living and dining area with double-height ceilings, an open kitchen plus a separate hot kitchen, and large sliding doors that open to a covered terrace. Outdoors, you’ll find a lounge area, outdoor dining space, and a full barbecue kitchen—ideal for relaxing and entertaining.

The exterior includes a saltwater swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, and multiple lounge areas, making it perfect for families or groups.

Five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and three of them include private outdoor seating areas. On the second floor, there is a TV room with a sunroof balcony that can also be used as a sixth bedroom, featuring a king-size sofa bed and an ensuite bathroom.
