It is a newly remodeled modern style 5-bedroom villa located in Casa de Campo on the gorgeous southern coast of the Dominican Republic. The unique design is perfect for groups and families to enjoy time together in an amazing paradisaical setting.

The covered terrace is a complete living space with sofa area, dining tables, outdoor teppanyaki (hibachi) grill and bar with TV, domino table, dart board and foosball table. This is a great “entertainment zone” where you can have so much fun spending the best time together with your family & friends.

The swimming pool & heated Jacuzzi is very private and the backyard offers a large playground with soccer nets (goals) – surrounded by lush, tropical landscape. If you are traveling with children, they will love playing in this backyard.

Four bedrooms have 2 king size beds each, and the master has a king-size bed with an extra-large bathroom. Each bedroom has a full bathroom, and there is a guest bathroom just off of the main hallway. The living room is very spacious with four sofas perfect for lounging and reading. There are air-conditioners in all of the bedrooms, as well as in the dining room and kitchen.

Your rental includes a professional gourmet chef to prepare all of your meals, a maid, a live-in butler, and a part-time gardener. Also included is an electric four-person golf cart.

Las Cañas 20 is located near the tennis courts, and the beach and marina can be reached by a short ride in the golf cart.

The back yard is large enough to play sports like soccer or football, includes a covered bar with hibachi grill and television, a Foosball table, dart board, underground wine cellar, and even a practice golf green. It is such a great setting for a getaway that you may never want to leave the villa!
