The villa has all the comforts and modern amenities of a home away from home. It was fully renovated in 2017-2018 and everything is brand new! 7 gorgeous bedrooms (maximum occupancy of 14 guests), all with elegant and comfortable furniture, in-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, air-conditioning and flat screen TV.

There is WIFI throughout the villa, music/sound system and Canal Plus TV channels, USA & European Outlets and USB Outlets.

The villa is located just approx. 300 meters away from the world-renowned Playa Minitas Beach Club (the new beach club with restaurant & bar opened late 2017) with wonderful views of the Caribbean Sea and the world-famous Teeth of the Dog golf course (holes 4 and 5). This is undoubtedly one of the premier locations in Casa de Campo.

This is the perfect vacation rental villa if you’re looking to spend a relaxing vacation with family & friends in a deluxe setting. The villa mesmerizes you as soon as you walk in with open living room spaces that include several lounge areas and a dining room – all opening up to the great pool deck, pool & jacuzzi with outstanding views on the famous golf course “Teeth of the Dog” and the ocean.

A great pool house with outdoor bar, dining table, lounge, BBQ and pizza oven completes this modern villa. You’ll love the private swimming pool (20m / 65ft. long) and heated Jacuzzi, which are right in front of the golf course and ocean. The pool is equipped with pool cover for kids’ protection and can be heated from December 15th to February 15th (if necessary).

The outdoor pool deck and pool house is the perfect place to end the day with a cocktail and to watch the spectacular sunset…
