- How do I book a villa?
- Browse our collection and send an inquiry with your dates from any villa page or your inquiry list. There is no automated booking — our team confirms availability and pricing personally before anything is finalized.
- What is included in the rate?
- Rates are per night in USD and include the villa and its listed staff. Concierge is included if you take advantage of one of our meal plans. Airport transfers, yacht rentals, food provisioning, and additional services are available upon request and are charged separately. The Casa de Campo resort entrance fee is billed by the resort and is not included in the villa rate.
- Where are the villas located?
- All our villas are inside the Casa de Campo resort.
- Is there a minimum stay?
- Minimum stays vary by villa and season. Share your dates in the inquiry form and we will confirm the conditions for each property.
- How far in advance should I book?
- For Christmas and New Year’s, inquire a year ahead. For other peak dates — holidays, spring break and major golf events — we recommend inquiring three to six months ahead. For other periods, two to four weeks is often enough, though the best villas go quickly year-round.
- Is there a resort fee?
- Yes. Casa de Campo charges a mandatory entrance fee for the full length of your stay: $30 per person per day for ages 12+ and $15 for ages 4–11. It is billed by the resort, not included in the villa rate, and may change per resort policy.
