Keep it simple at this tranquil, centrally-located villa in Casa de Campo. A 5-bedroom home surrounds a large pool, hot tub, and expansive deck – ideal for golfers, sun seekers and sports enthusiasts or those looking to relax in a very private setting. 2 full-time staff members who can prepare both breakfast & lunch daily at renter’s request; daily laundry, pool maintenance. Free high speed WiFi. Crib, Pack n Play, high chairs available at request (subject to fee).

The villa has a very serene, paradise, tropical-style feel with modern American touches on furniture and decor.

We are equipped to host a maximum of 10 overnight adult guests. The villa has 5 bedrooms.Each bedroom has its own en suite full bathroom. There are two additional guest bathrooms as well.

The expansive pool deck envelopes a gorgeously refreshing swimming pool with jacuzzi (heated!), outdoor shower, and a plethora of outdoor seating and dining areas. Finding a leisurely spot to kick your feet up and relax is not hard to do at this perfectly serene villa in the heart of all that Casa de Campo has to offer.

1-minute walk on the path to the La Romana Country Club, less than 5-minute golf cart ride to Playa Minitas and Minitas Beach Club (also walkable distance – roughly 1 mile!). Complete access to all resort facilities and a well-stocked grocery and liquor store in the Marina. Less than 10 minutes to the Casa de Campo Hotel, Marina, or the Mediterranean village of Altos de Chavón, all of which have their own slew of amenities to lure you in each direction. The Spa at the hotel is one-of-a-kind, the restaurants, shops, movie theater, and grocery store make the Marina a must visit, and the historical Mediterranean village is a sight to see in and of itself. Casa Serenity truly is located in the heart of Casa de Campo.

2 full-time staff; both housekeepers/cooks, who work 9am-4pm daily. Staff is available for daily personal laundry, meal prep and serve, bartending services, gardening, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch included as part of the basic service, with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$50 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends).
