It is a very nice villa.  It is only a  10+ minute walk from the beach.  It has great areas to gather and be together, or places to have some privacy.    Nice sitting area in the gazebo by the pool.   It has a great view of the golf course.   Staff are a cook, maid, waiter and gardener.  There is also one golf cart she will include in the rental, (4 pax).   As you know, it can be rare to have one included.
